    The Chesterfield Council on Aging seeks to enhance the quality of life for older adults and adults with disabilities through education, advocacy and community service. Meetings include a speaker on topics relevant to older adults, as well as reports from Council committees and activities. Speaker and Topic: Aging in the Arts Co-founder and Artistic Director of Art on Wheels, Kevin Orlosky, will present on how the Arts improve physical and mental health among aging adults and how Art on Wheels achieves this through its programming.
