Creative Strategies for caregivers to manage stress during the holidays.
The holiday season is approaching, and with it comes joy, excitement, and opportunities to visit with loved ones we haven’t seen in a while. At the same time, the holidays can also be a challenging time for all of us, especially for persons living with a serious illness.
Join us as we explore ways to support siblings, parents, and others who are
the primary caregivers of persons living with a serious illness. We will dive
into recognizing certain safety and health warning signs while visiting aging
relatives and how to effectively communicate with other family members
about those concerns.
