CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA – Police have arrested a suspect who robbed the Call Federal Credit Union located at 10501 Hull Street Road on May 20, 2019. No one was injured during the incident.
Police said a male suspect entered the bank, displayed a firearm to the teller, and demanded money. The suspect obtained an undisclosed amount of money and fled on foot.
On Tuesday, Aug. 13, Chesterfield police, in collaboration with the FBI Violent Crime Task Force, arrested Okello T. Chatrie, 24, in connection with the incident. Chatrie, of the 1300 block of Willis Street in Richmond, was charged with use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, two counts of robbery and six counts of abduction and kidnapping.
Chatrie is currently being held at the Chesterfield County Jail without bond.
