CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA – Police have obtained warrants for and are seeking a man who stole credit cards from lockers at two Chesterfield County gyms on April 4, 2019.
Between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. on April 4, police said, the suspect entered two gym facilities and stole a wallet and credit cards from patrons' lockers. Shortly after the thefts, the suspect used the victims' credit cards to make purchases at nearby retail locations.
Police have obtained warrants for Elijah Michael Loiseau, 24, of the 6300 block of Leisure Terrace in Chesterfield, for credit card theft, credit card fraud and larceny in relation to the incidents.
