The Department of Community Enhancement annually allocates federal grant funding to a nonprofit organization, project: HOMES, for home repairs to income-eligible homeowners in Chesterfield. The photos to the left depict before and after of one of the recent homes that was worked on, located in the Midlothian district off of Pinetta Drive. project: HOMES did a great job and the homeowner was extremely thankful for the beautiful work.
