CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA – Police are searching for a man who attempted to abduct a female victim on Saturday, January 19, 2019. There were no injuries related to this incident.
Police said the victim, an adult female, was helping the male suspect at a business office in the 9100 Block of Midlothian Turnpike just after 2 p.m. Saturday afternoon. The suspect grabbed the victim; while displaying a handgun, he bound her wrists and ankles and covered her mouth. The suspect left the victim at the business, but stole a 2018 Nissan Versa which is grey in color with Virginia license UUX-2907.
The suspect is described as a white male, about 30 - 40 years old, dark hair, 6 feet tall and a medium build. He was wearing a gray jacket and jeans.
