The applicant for this case is requesting a rezoning from Agricultural (A) to Residential (R-12) plus Conditional Use Planned Development for ordinance exceptions to permit a single-family cluster lot subdivision with up to 46 residential lots. This community meeting will be held in person beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Crenshaw Elementary School Cafetorium. The address for Crenshaw Elementary School is 11901 Bailey Bridge Road, Midlothian, Virginia 23112.
