The third annual Community Cup took place last Saturday at Chesterfield’s River City Sportsplex.
The event brings together first responders and multicultural communities from across the Richmond region in positive community building on the soccer field. It is a partnership between Chesterfield and Henrico counties, the City of Richmond and the Virginia State Police, whose team won this year's Community Cup championship.
In addition to the soccer tournament, activities included food trucks, entertainment, a kids zone, first responders’ vehicle viewings and informational booths.
The 2024 Community Cup will take place on Saturday, Sept. 14. Save the date on your calendar so you can be sure to attend.
