On Saturday, Sept. 16, 2023, the Helping Addicts Recover Progressively (HARP) community partnered with Community Enhancement to help keep Chesterfield clean. Volunteer groups from the HARP program worked in different areas of the county to pick up litter and clean street signs as a way to give back to their community. Thank you to HARP community and all volunteers for participating and helping to keep Chesterfield a safe and beautiful place to live!
