Community Meeting
On September 26, 2023, a virtual community meeting will be held to discuss pending Zoning Case 23SN0070 for 101, 151, 201, 211, and 221 North Providence Road. The applicant for this case, Ravi Perry, is requesting to rezone the properties from Neighborhood Business (C-2) to Community Business (C-3) plus conditional use planned development for exceptions to requirements for setbacks and landscaping. A 90 room hotel is proposed.
This community meeting will be held at virtually and will begin at 6:00 p.m.
