Amend proffered condition 1 of Case 02SN0288 to allow boat sales and boat repairs as permitted uses on the property.
On September 18, 2023, a virtual community meeting will be held to discuss pending Zoning Case 23SN0071 for 8800 Hickory Road. The applicant for this case, Yogi Patel, is requesting to amend Zoning Case 02SN0288 relative to permitted uses on the site. Specifically, they want to amend the case to allow a boat sales and repair business on the site.
This community meeting will be held at virtually and will begin at 6:00 p.m. Please RSVP to the meeting by noon on September 18th. If no one RSVPS, then the meeting will be cancelled.
