Community Meeting
On September 11, 2023, a virtual community meeting was held to discuss pending Zoning Case 23SN0066 for 13424 Chesdin Landing Drive. The applicants for this case, David and Alexandra Prevost, are requesting to amend Zoning Case 22SN0031 relative to encroaching into a tree preservation area. Specifically, they are requesting a second driveway on the property which would encroach on a tree preservation area on the property.
