Rezoning from General Business (C-5) and Light Industrial (I-1) to Community Business (C-3), Light Industrial (I-1) with conditional use, and General Industrial (I-2) is request. Continued operation of contractor's storage yard with the sale of landscape materials, as well as continuous outside display of shed buildings, is proposed. Exceptions to Ordinance requirements are also proposed, including building and parking setbacks, paved parking, landscaping, screening of outside storage, and architectural treatment.
