On August 22, 2023, a community meeting was held to discuss pending Zoning Case 23SN0041 on 305 acres located at 1222 Old Hundred Road. The application, known as North Hallsley, is a request to rezone from Residential Townhouse (R-TH) to Residential (R-15) to permit a residential community with up to 340 single family detached dwelling units. This community meeting will be held in person beginning at 6:00 p.m. at Old Hundred Elementary School. The address for Old Hundred Elementary School is 1501 Old Hundred Road, Midlothian, VA 23114.
