On July 13, 2023, a community meeting will be held to discuss pending Zoning Case 23SN0015 located at 4220 Hickory Road, Chesterfield, VA. The applicant for this case, CVE North America, Inc., is requesting a Conditional Use to permit a ground-mounted solar PV system, on the 26.98 acre site.
This community meeting will be held at the beginning at 6:30pm at the Ettrick-Matoaca Library, 4501 River Road, Petersburg, VA 23803.
