Position Description
Assist Social Services customers with online application for benefits; answer questions about computer navigation (no data entry is performed by volunteer); provide contact information to customers if technical assistance is needed; assist customers who request a paper application and require assistance completing it; provide information to customers regarding other options to complete the application.
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. (Flexible)

Qualifications
Minimum 18 years of age. Basic computer navigation skills; excellent communication skills; ability to pay attention to detail and work with people from different backgrounds. Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are highly desirable.
A criminal background check is required.
