Summary
Rezoning from Agricultural (A) to Residential (R-12) plus Conditional Use Planned Development for an exception to the requirement for a 50' buffer along an arterial road (Courthouse Road). A four lot residential subdivision is proposed. A buffer of 35' is proposed along Courthouse Road.
On June 13, 2023, a community meeting will be held to discuss pending Zoning Case 23SN0022 for 210 Courthouse Road. This community meeting will be held at virtually and will begin at 6:00 p.m.
The applicant for this case, Youngblood Properties, is requesting to rezone the property from Agricultural (A) to Residential (R-12) plus conditional use planned development for exceptions to ordinance requirements. Exceptions are requested to permit more than 50 lots off of one access and to reduce the required buffer along Courthouse Road from 50 feet to 35 feet. A four lot residential subdivision is proposed.
