Rezoning from Agricultural (A), Corporate Office (O-2) and Community Business (C-3) to Residential Townhouse (R-TH) with a conditional use planned development to permit exceptions to ordinance requirements (including a use exception for multifamily residential uses) to permit a residential community with up to 460 dwelling units.
On June 13, 2023, an in-person community meeting will be held to discuss pending Zoning Case 22SN0147 on Property located at 9701 Hull Street Road. The request, known as Rockwood Grove, is a zoning application to rezone the Property from Rezoning from Agricultural (A), Corporate Office (O-2) and Community Business (C-3) to Community Business (C-3) with a conditional use to permit townhouse and multifamily uses plus conditional use planned development to permit exceptions to ordinance requirements on 35.41 acres. A residential community with up to 460 dwelling units is planned.
