Based on a tip from an Irish fellow, we believe that leprechauns are visiting Chesterfield County in March, looking for places to hide their gold. Since the pot of gold is found at the end of the rainbow, parks seem logical places for hiding the loot. Because we consider parks to be community "treasures."
