Rezoning from Residential (R-7) to Neighborhood Office (O-1) to use an existing residential structure as an office.
On May 17, 2023, a virtual community meeting was held to discuss pending Zoning Case 23SN0017 for 12208 Parker Lane and 3101 West Hundred Road. The applicant for this case, the Richmond Behavioral Health Authority, is requesting to rezone both properties from Residential (R-7) to Neighborhood Office (O-1) and they are proposing to use the existing home on 12208 Parker Lane as an office.
