[ARCHIVED] Police Continue to Investigate Fatal Shooting

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA – Chesterfield County Police continue to investigate a fatal shooting that occurred in the 4800 block of Burnt Oak Drive on Thursday, February 2, 2023.

At about 12:49 a.m., police responded to a report that a person had been shot in the 4800 block of Burnt Oak Drive. Upon arrival, they located Jonathan O. Starks, 24, who had been shot. Starks, of the 4900 block of Burnt Oak Drive, was pronounced dead at the scene.
