On a chilly fall evening, Thursday, Nov. 17, 2022, the Keep Chesterfield Beautiful (KCB) team met with 12 members and leaders of Troop 2860 to discuss litter prevention, recycling and volunteerism in their community. Scouts working towards their Citizenship in the Community merit badge explored the Be the Good Neighbor Educational Mobile Unit and learned tips on how citizens can help revitalize their neighborhood. At the end, participants engaged in a question and answer session and received giveaways promoting litter prevention. Thank you Summer, Thomas and Calvin for educating on how to keep Chesterfield beautiful and thanks to Troop 2860 for participating in a meaningful discussion and keeping our community clean and green!
