CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA – Chesterfield County Police continue to investigate a fatal crash that occurred in the 1200 block of Boulders Parkway at about 2:35 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 1.
Police said a Honda CRV, driven by David H. Putnam, 54, was traveling on Boulders Parkway when it went off the road and struck a tree. Putnam, of the 7400 block of Sandlewood Drive, was pronounced dead at the scene. He was the vehicle's only occupant.
