CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA – Police have arrested a suspect in relation to a homicide that occurred in the 6800 block of Fairpines Road in Chesterfield County on Saturday, July 9, 2022.
At about 12:53 a.m., Chesterfield County Police responded to Fairpines Road for a report of an adult male who had been shot. Upon arrival, officers discovered Shaquille R. Moseley, 29, of the 2400 block of Warwick Avenue suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was later pronounced dead at the scene.
Police have arrested Michael M. Duncan, 33, on a charge of Second-Degree Murder and Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony in relation to this incident. The investigation indicates that the suspect and Moseley were known to each other.
