Summary
Rezoning from I-1 (Light Industrial) to I-2 (General Industrial) with a conditional use to permit outside storage plus conditional use planned development to permit exceptions to development standards, including buffers and parking standards.
On December 22, 2022, a virtual community meeting will be held to discuss pending Zoning Case 22SN0026 on Property located at 11900 Deerhill Road. Deerhill Employment Facility is a request to rezone from Light Industrial (I-1) to General Industrial (I-2) plus conditional use planned development to permit exceptions to ordinance requirements. An industrial building with outside storage plus exceptions for development standards, including parking and buffer requirements, is proposed.
This community meeting will be held at virtually beginning at 6:00pm.
