On September 11, 2023, a community meeting to discuss pending Zoning Case 22SN0044, pertaining to property located at 500 Old Otterdale Road, generally south of Midlothian Turnpike and east of Route 288 was scheduled. The applicant for this case, Main Street Homes, is requesting rezoning from A to R-12 with Conditional Use Planned Development for exceptions to ordinance requirements and development standards to develop a single family residential neighborhood.
