CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA — The Chesterfield Planning Commission will hold its May 17 meeting in person in the Public Meeting Room at 10001 Iron Bridge Road. The work session begins at 2 p.m. followed by a 6 p.m. evening session.
The wearing of masks inside county facilities is optional for both employees and citizens who are without illness symptoms, a positive test or recent exposure to COVID-19. All individuals are still encouraged to adhere to 6 feet spatial distancing from others who are not in their immediate party.
Seating within the Public Meeting Room will be limited; however, TV monitors will be set up outside the Public Meeting Room. Attendees may be required to wait in the hallway until their specific case has been called to the floor of the meeting. If you wish to speak on a particular case, please sign up in the hallway prior to the meeting starting at 6 p.m.
Citizens are encouraged to use the online comment form at www.chesterfield.gov/cpccomments to provide comments on public hearings regarding zoning cases. Those wishing to comment must submit a new online form for each public hearing on which they want to comment. Only one comment per person per public hearing will be accepted. The online form can also be used to comment on unscheduled matters.

The Planning Commission will accept all public comments (online portal, telephone message, and email) until 5 p.m. on Monday, May 16 to ensure the comments are provided to the Planning Commission prior to the meeting for their consideration.
