[ARCHIVED] Eppington Plantation 250th Anniversary Event

Eppington was built in 1768 by Francis Eppes VI and has undergone extensive renovations. Spend the day experiencing colonial history at Eppington Plantation. Activities include 

  • house tours
  • period children’s games and activities
  • period music and dancing
  • storytelling
  • period vendors and crafters
  • carriage rides 
  • living history

Enjoy performances by the Marquis de Lafayette, a colonial militia encampment, musket and artillery demonstrations and much more. Discover what life was like in Chesterfield during the 18th century. Free. Parking on site. Concessions available. Rain date: Sunday, Oct. 7
