Please take notice that the Board of Supervisors of Chesterfield County, Virginia, at an adjourned meeting on Wednesday, March 9 2022, at 6:00 p.m. will hold a public hearing on the following:
- To Amend a License Agreement with EventMakers USA (for more information, please contact Parks and Recreation at 804-748-1623 Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
- To Consider an Ordinance to Amend County Code § 7-3 (Precinct Boundaries and Polling Places) to Cure Voting Precinct Splits Resulting from the Redistricting of the County’s Magisterial Districts and from the State’s Redistricting of Congressional and Legislative Districts; to Establish Polling Places for New Precincts; and to Move Precincts Redistricted into New Magisterial Districts (for more information, please contact County Attorney at 804-748-1491 Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
- To Consider Changes to the Chesterfield County Parking Ordinance, County Code 13-41 (for more information, please contact County Attorney at 804-748-1491 Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)

A copy of supporting documentation is also on file in the County Administrator’s office, Room 504, 9901 Lori Road, Chesterfield County, Virginia and may be examined by all interested persons between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
The public is encouraged to submit comments through electronic means, email, by the internet, through the mail or by telephone. Citizens are encouraged to use the on-line comment form at https://www.chesterfield.gov/1231/Board-Meetings (to be activated on March 3, 2022). Although the Board of Supervisors will endeavor to accept such comments up to the start of the meeting, citizens are encouraged to submit comments no later than 5:00 p.m. on March 8, 2022, to ensure that the comments are provided to the Board of Supervisors prior to the meeting for their consideration.
