CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA – A missing man who was last seen on Saturday, July 10, has been located.
Ruben Carillo, 45, of the 5400 block of Remuda Drive in Chesterfield, was last seen fishing with friends on Saturday, July 10, 2021 when he walked into the water at Henricus Park and never resurfaced.
Sunday, July 11, 2021, the Chesterfield County Fire Department's Scuba Rescue Team located the victim's body at 12:09 p.m. The victim was recovered, and his body was transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
