CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA – Police have arrested a man in relation to the robbery of the Rite Aid at 4205 Beulah Road on Tuesday, Aug. 14. No one was injured during the incident.
At about 9:30 p.m. on Aug. 14, police said, a man entered the business, displayed a firearm and demanded money from the register. The suspect took cash and fled the area on foot.
Surveillance images of the suspect were distributed, and the suspect was identified as Seawn M. Hunter, 43, of the 3900 block of Walworth Drive. On Aug. 16, police obtained warrants for Hunter for robbery, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
At about 7:30 p.m. on Aug. 16, Hunter was located at a convenience store near the intersection of Beulah and Hopkins roads and was arrested. He is currently being held at the Chesterfield County Jail without bond.
