CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA – Police have arrested a suspect in relation to the robbery of the Bellgrade Shell Station at 11440 W. Huguenot Road on Tuesday, Feb. 2. No one was injured during the incident.
Police said the suspect entered the business at about 4:50 p.m., displayed a knife and demanded money from the clerk. After receiving cash, the suspect fled to a truck parked nearby and left the area.
Officers located the truck and identified the suspect as Paul L. Herrmann, 57, of the 11500 block of Greenspring Road in Chesterfield. On Wednesday, Feb. 3, Herrmann was arrested and charged with robbery in relation to the incident. He is currently being held at the Chesterfield County Jail without bond.
