CHESTERFIELD, VA — The Chesterfield County Parks and Recreation Department celebrated the opening of the Clover Hill Dog Park at CTC@Hull in a virtual ribbon-cutting ceremony Jan. 28. The Clover Hill Dog Park at CTC@Hull is the third dog park in the county and includes a small dog run area, large dog run area, and a paved and gated release foyer. Water access is scheduled to be installed in the spring.
The Clover Hill Dog Park was a result of community need and input. Robin Madron, county resident and avid dog owner, introduced the project to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission in the fall of 2020 and after support from Clover Hill District Supervisor Chris Winslow, the project became a reality.

In addition to the newly opened Clover Hill Dog Park, dog owners can also exercise their furry friends at Ruff House Dog Park at Rockwood Park and Chester Dog Park at Goyne Park, which recently added an agility course in 2020.
