Take notice that the Board of Supervisors of Chesterfield County, Virginia, at an adjourned meeting on December 16, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. will hold a public hearing on the following:
To consider amending County Code by enacting Section 13-23 to establish a civil penalty program through a video-monitoring system for illegal passing of a stopped school bus.

NOTICE: Due to the COVID-19 coronavirus health emergency, the meeting may proceed under modified procedures. The meeting may take place (i) with Board members, staff, applicants and citizens present at the Public Meeting Room subject to masking and social distancing requirements or (ii) at a different location or (iii) entirely by electronic and remote means without persons physically present in the same room.
