During the special meeting’s public hearing, Chesterfield County Registrar Constance Hargrove will address the board.
The special meeting will be held virtually, and those who wish to listen to the meeting may do so by calling +1-804-223-1418 and entering the Conference ID: 358 979 26#.
In addition, it will be streamed live on the county’s YouTube channel and WCCT Chesterfield Community Television, Comcast channel 98 and Verizon channel 28.
The special meeting will not contain a public comment section on unscheduled matters; however, residents who wish to submit a comment to the board related to this special meeting may email Clerk to the Board Sara Hall at HallSJ@chesterfield.gov.
