CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA – Chesterfield County Police are investigating a fatal crash that occurred near the intersection of Hicks Road and Foxberry Drive at about 9 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 31.
Police said a 2010 Chevrolet Camaro was traveling north on Hicks Road when it crossed the road’s center line and struck a tree head on. The adult male driver of the car was transported to an area hospital, where he died as a result of his injuries.
Police continue their investigation into this crash.
