Chesterfield County Courthouses and its clerks offices will open tomorrow (March 19, 2020), operating in limited capacity. No courtrooms will be open and almost all business with clerks offices can be accomplished by calling the appropriate office or through online services, such as payment of fines or reviewing court or case information. We highly encourage you to call the respective clerks office or use available resource document before you decide to physically visit the courthouse. Anyone who plans to visit the courts building should review the resource document regarding measures that have been put into place at Chesterfield County courthouses to minimize the risk of exposure and transmission of pandemic viruses.
