Chesterfield Triad - Older Adult Medication Safety

Join us for a presentation about older adult medication safety. Many people do not know that the Poison Center is a free confidential service to them. Shelly Clary with the VCU Poison Center will share on older adult medication safety and poison prevention tips for home. The mission of the Poison Center is to bring awareness not only to poisons but to the lifesaving poison Help Line (800-222-1222) which helps decrease the number of poisoning incidents.
