Come out to Midlothian Mines and Railroad Park and learn about the early coal mining history in the county. Activities include historical tours, music performances at the amphitheater, a Scottish bagpipe performance, period children’s activities, coal mining and railroad exhibits. Parking and admission are free and open to the public. Concessions will be available. Event is offered in conjunction with Midlothian Village Day.
