We are committed to implementing a holistic approach to solving this problem, which includes emergency shelter for families and single adult men, transitional housing for Veterans and permanent supportive housing for families impacted by disabilities. “Housing First” will under-gird each and every service that we provide. Special emphasis will be placed on addressing chronic homelessness through community-based case management, rapid rehousing, and building relationships with a broad range of housing providers.
