Route 10 (Route 1 to I-95) Widening

Revenue Sharing funds (50% state funds and 50% county funds), federal Regional Surface Transportation Program (RSTP) funds, and local funds will be used to widen Route 10 to six lanes between Route 1 and I-95. A Design Public Hearing was held on December 15, 2015. The major design features were approved on November 6, 2016. Right-of-way acquisition is complete. Utility relocations are complete. Construction is expected to begin in October 2019 with completion anticipated in Fall 2020.
