Chesterfield County and the Perkinson Center for the Arts & Education are excited to announce the inaugural Chesterfield Sharing Practices of International Cultures through Engagement (SPICE) Cultural Festival, a free community event celebrating diversity and multiculturalism through the arts!

Due to the increase in COVID-19 cases throughout Chesterfield County as a result of the Delta variant, the inaugural SPICE Cultural Festival, scheduled for Friday, Aug. 13 and Saturday, Aug. 14 at the Perkinson Center for the Arts & Education, has been postponed until 2022.

The goal of the Sharing Practices of International Cultures through Engagement (SPICE) Cultural Festival was to celebrate diversity and multiculturalism through the arts. However, for the safety of those in attendance, festival organizers and county leaders have decided to postpone the event.
