The applicant is proposing to rezone the property from Agricultural (A) District to R-12 Residential District with a CUPD to permit a single family subdivision. This development will have a density of no more than 2 units per acre and will act as an extension of the existing Old Hundred Mill subdivision, which has a mixture of different size lots as small as R-7.
