The fire extinguisher simulator available through Chesterfield Fire and EMS provides hand-on experience to learn the proper handling and use of a fire extinguisher without the danger and mess. The simulator includes a screen and battery-operated extinguishers. This teaching tool is ideal for civic groups, senior citizens and small business employees.
Fire extinguishers cannot be disposed of in landfills; contact a local fire extinguisher company which can either refill the extinguisher or take possession for proper disposal.
