The applicant is proposing a residential townhouse development to the north of Osborne Road to the west of Interstate 95. The townhouse development will be comprised of approximately 154 townhouse dwelling units situated on roughly 32 acres. The neighborhood will consist of open space, street trees, sidewalks, a community gathering space, and entrance feature as outlined in the accompanying proffered conditions, textual statement and conceptual plan. To comply with the county wide bikeways and trails plan, the applicant/developer will construct a pathway along the property frontage. The applicant is requesting a CUPD with the application to permit exceptions to townhouse bulk requirements to make the project work for this particular site. Design elements and elevations have also been provided to ensure a quality development.
