Swift Creek Renewables, LLC (the “Applicant”) requests a rezoning from A (Agricultural) to A and a Conditional Use Planned Development (CUPD). Approval of this request will allow the construction and operation of landfill gas waste-to- energy gas processing plant (the “Project”). The Project is proposed for a 10.3-acre portion of the Shoosmith Bros. Landfill property (the “Landfill”). The Project will consist of the gas processing plant, office building, and warehouse. A CUPD is required for the use and is requested to allow processing towers to a height of 110 feet. See Documents tab for additional project description.
