In September 2007, the Board established the Lower Magnolia Green Community Development Authority in order to provide $25 million, through assessments on the Magnolia Green property, to widen Otterdale Road (Hull Street Road to Woolridge Road) and Woolridge Road (Otterdale Road to Swift Creek Reservoir) to four lanes.  

Due to funding constraints, the widening of Otterdale Road has been reduced to Woolridge Road to Fox Creek Crossing; however, the remainder of the widening will be accomplished using cash proffers (see “Otterdale Road” above)
