Rezoning from C-5 and A to R-MF with CUPD for ordinance Exceptions.

On Thursday, October 22, 2020, a community meeting will be held to discuss pending Zoning Case 21SN0519 located at 13916, 13920 Jefferson Davis Highway.  The applicant for this case, Better Housing Coalition/Richmond Affordable Housing, is requesting rezoning of nine and eight-tenths (9.8) acres from General Business (C-5) and Agricultural (A) districts to Residential Multi-family (R-MF) with a Conditional Use Planned Development (CUPD) that includes exceptions to development standards.
