Chesterfield County Call Center - Emergency Operations Center
The Chesterfield County Emergency Operations Center is providing a call center for Chesterfield residents and employees who have general questions about county operations and services during the COVID-19 response. The call center will be open Monday-Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The call center phone number is 804-751-2EOC (804-751-2362).
Call center staff will not be able to answer questions regarding COVID-19; all such questions should be directed to the Virginia Department of Health (VDH) at 1-877-ASK-VDH3 (877-275-8343).
Chesterfield Health District Call Center
The Chesterfield Health District, which includes Chesterfield and Powhatan counties and the City of Colonial Heights, has a COVID-19 call center for health district residents. The call center is a resource for residents seeking responses to general questions about COVID-19.
Residents can dial 804-318-8207 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with questions about COVID-19. Callers with questions after 4:30 p.m. are encouraged to call the main Virginia Department of Health number at 1-877-ASK-VDH3.
Medical providers can call 804-717-6440 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with their COVID-19 questions. The medical provider number has voice mail capabilities and refers medical callers to 1-877-ASK-VDH3 after 4:30 p.m.
For medical assistance, contact your medical provider or urgent care facility. If you are experiencing a medical emergency that is non-COVID-19 related, please call 9-1-1.
Chesterfield County Public Schools Call Center - Call CCPS
Chesterfield County Public Schools has launched Call CCPS in an effort to continue to support Chesterfield County students and families with their needs related to academics, technology and social and emotional questions. The new call center will also help connect families with community resources they may need during the COVID-19 pandemic. Call CCPS will be open Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. through Friday, June 12.
Chesterfield County Public Schools families can call 804-639-8689 for support. Translation support will be available immediately in Spanish, or within a short period of time in other languages through the school division’s language line support program.
