Chesterfield County Fire and Emergency Medical Services (EMS) is an all-hazards emergency response agency, dedicated to workforce diversity, that protects life, property and the environment by providing high quality community fire and life safety prevention, fire protection, emergency medical services, and emergency management services.

Fire and EMS is a combination system comprised of career and volunteer members, operating from fire and rescue stations located throughout Chesterfield County. Our members provide first class customer service to a diverse population of residents, businesses and visitors. We work hard to earn the trust and respect of our community and coworkers every day and on every call.

Chesterfield maintains emergency contact information to assist during emergency responses. Owners and managers of locations such as apartment communities, businesses and places of worship in Chesterfield County are encouraged to provide location information, authorized emergency contacts, owner/management company information and emergency equipment (AEDs, alarm/gate codes, knox boxes, fire systems, security systems, etc.). Provide your emergency contact information or learn more regarding alarm systems permits and false alarms.
